AIR TRAVEL INFORMATION

To ensure a smooth and timely arrival for our event, please review the following details regarding your air travel:

Day to Arrive: Plan to arrive in Cancun, Mexico at Cancun International Airport (CUN) on Monday, OCTOBER 20th.

Arrival Time: Please schedule your flight to arrive no later than 2:00 PM (local time) to allow for check-in and participation in welcome activities.

Day to Depart: Plan to depart from Cancun, Mexico on Friday, OCTOBER 24th. Hotel Check-Out time is 12 PM.

Airfare Reimbursement: CareGard will reimburse up to $600 per round-trip ticket for both you and one guest, for a total of up to $1,200 in airfare coverage (one roundtrip ticket per person).

Please email your flight schedule and receipts directly to Mark Houska at mhouska@afgusa.net by 9/01/2025. Reimbursements will be issued after trip.

Group & Premium Activities
CareGard will be offering group and optional activities for you and your guest. Please choose preferences for you and your guest for each of the activities below.

Golf Event:
Our golf outing will be at the elite Riviera Cancun Golf Club, designed by Jack Nicklaus. Golfers & Non-Golfers are invited to attend. Please choose your preference below.

Catamaran Cruise
We will charter our own catamaran for an afternoon adventure to the fabled Isla Mujeres. Activities will include snorkeling, beach club visit on the island plus music and karaoke on board before returning back to Cancun by sunset.

Spa Experience: (Live Aqua spa services description – Options forthcoming)
Cenote Jungle Tour: Discover the hidden wonders of the Yucatan jungle and explore legendary cenotes on a guided half-day Mayan adventure.
Jungle Speed boat Tour: Drive a Speed Boa for two along the Nichupte Lagoon and through dense mangrove channels to enter the second largest reef barrier in the world and enjoy a refreshing snorkel tour. Includes lunch and a Mayan ceremony.

Your selections will be helpful so we may plan your experience accordingly. More details will be provided in the program of events, which will be sent 3 weeks prior to our departure. Activities may be changed upon request, however,there may be minimum commitments to guarantee that our events are exclusive to our group.
